Yes. Share the product, target quantity, market, budget and customization needs. We will first assess whether a focused supplier research project is practical.
Can you support a custom or private-label product?
We can help clarify requirements, identify potential factories and coordinate early supplier communication. Technical engineering, testing and certification are quoted separately when required.
Are you a certification or inspection company?
No. We provide sourcing support, company checks and evidence-based site visits. These services do not replace accredited testing, certification, legal advice or a specialist quality audit.
Can you guarantee that a supplier will perform correctly?
No service can guarantee future performance. We provide a dated snapshot of available records and observable evidence so the buyer can make a better-informed decision.
Does a factory need to approve an on-site visit?
Yes. The visit, photography and live video scope are agreed with the supplier. A refusal or heavy restriction can itself be reported as a relevant fact.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to review new requests within one business day. Timing for sourcing research or a factory visit depends on the product, location and supplier availability.
